Glenda’s Garden Huswif Pattern

Fabric requirements: Please allow extra if fussy cutting. The outer patched fabric panel & the inner patched panel will require enough fabrics to piece together an area approximately 50cm x 50cm. Inner Pockets – Fabric B: 50cm x 50cm Lining fabric – Fabric C: 50cm W x 40cm H Needle keep: 2 x fabric scraps 10cm x 10cm Quilt wadding or felt, 10cm x 10cm Ties for Huswif: Fabric scraps 60cm W x 4cm H Or ribbon/tape 15 mm wide x 60 cm Embroidery threads: We used DMC stranded embroidery threads, we have sets of the colours used available separately. If you have other threads that you prefer, they will be fine too, just select a range of colours that you like &  that will suit the colours in the garden. The embroidery featured on our huswif was beautifully stitched by Glenda Wilson.
